Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
