Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional, courteous, and friendly service.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability and update reservation systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
