Customer Service Engineer – Feed Mill
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of feed mill equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and basic operator training.
- Prepare service reports and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in feed mill equipment service, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Knowledge of pellet mills, hammer mills, mixers, conveyors, and related machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred:
- Experience in poultry feed, cattle feed, aqua feed, or animal nutrition industries.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
