Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven MBA freshers from college students to join our team as Trainee Sales professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads, understand client requirements, and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Learn and understand the company's IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, market research, and identifying new business opportunities through various channels.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather project information and propose suitable solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Build and manage client relationships, with the opportunity to independently handle client conversions and project onboarding as you progress in the role.
Requirements:
- Recent MBA graduates specializing in Sales.
- Strong passion for sales and the IT industry.
