Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all event-related communication.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations for events.
- Plan, manage, and execute events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, design, logistics, and operations.
- Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, timelines, and presentations to clients.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the event execution team.
- Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost control.
- Monitor event progress and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Handle client feedback, changes, and last-minute requirements efficiently.
- Oversee on-site event execution to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and performance evaluation.
