3D Texturing Artist – On-Site Opportunity

About the Role
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented 3D Texturing Artists who are eager to work on high-quality product visualization and immersive 3D content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industry-standard texturing and modeling workflows and should be comfortable working in a collaborative production environment.
Preferred Software Skills
Candidates should be proficient in the following tools:
- Substance Painter
- Blender
- Rizom UV
- Adobe Photoshop
- Autodesk Maya
Skill Requirements
- Experience in Hard-Surface Texturing
- Strong understanding of PBR workflows
- Familiarity with AR/VR or product visualization pipelines
- Understanding of clean topology and optimized low-poly workflows
- Ability to work with real-world scale and organized scene structures
- Knowledge of UV unwrapping with consistent texel density
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality textures using Substance Painter and Photoshop
- Develop optimized low-poly assets with clean topology and proper mesh organization
- Work on realistic and visually accurate 3D models based on provided references
- Perform mesh cleanup and scan refinement workflows
- Assist with UV layout preparation and texture optimization
- Ensure proper naming conventions, grouping, and asset management practices
- Collaborate closely with project coordinators and design leads
- Adapt to different visual styles as per project requirements
- Contribute ideas and workflow improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Share regular progress updates and maintain timely delivery of assigned tasks
