Agrawal Group of Publication is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior HR Administrator to join our HR team in Delhi. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, support the recruitment lifecycle, maintain pristine employee records, and drive smooth onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties :
1. HR Documentation & Communication
- Draft and issue standard HR correspondence, including Offer Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Experience Certificates.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics by scheduling interviews and drafting professional interview invitation emails to candidates.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding company policies, workplace queries, and office coordination.
2. Employee Records, Attendance & Payroll Support
- Update, organize, and maintain physical and digital employee files (contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance paperwork).
- Track daily attendance and leave data to create a monthly attendance summary report.
- Review attendance data to identify and resolve discrepancies (such as missing logs or unapproved leaves) before forwarding the final data for payroll processing.
3. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
- Execute the new joiner onboarding checklist and manage the Day-1 induction plan to ensure a welcoming and seamless integration for fresh talent.
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, and team-building events.
- Draft and send out internal communication and invitation emails to drive high employee participation in office events.
4. HR Reporting & Status Tracking
- Prepare and maintain a brief weekly HR status report capturing key metrics across recruitment pipelines, attendance trends, and employee record updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or a generalist role. Energetic freshers with relevant, hands-on internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Linguistic Skills: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is essential for drafting documentation and interacting with staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel (for attendance reports), Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) or basic HRMS software is preferred.
- Interpersonal Traits: High emotional intelligence, absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
