MBA or Diploma in Business Management from a recognized institution.
- 10–15 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably in starch and derivatives or allied industries.
- Strong track record of strategizing, market expansion, and customer value creation.
- Proficiency in modern sales tools and processes including CRM, customer analysis, segmentation, and price discovery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Implement modern CRM practices to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Conduct customer analysis, segmentation, and profiling to tailor solutions effectively.
