o Maximize revenue generation from assigned clients, through mining and farming
o Serve as the primary interface with clients for ongoing engagements. Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction.
o Contain any escalations from the customer, without having to reach the Delivery Head/Sales Head
o Identify opportunities to expand NeST’s footprint within existing client accounts – through mining or farming
o Develop long-term strategies to maximize profitability.
o Work with the Business Council to ensure alignment with the goals for the business unit.
o Participate in Market Intelligence discussions to stay ahead of industry trends.
o Manage stakeholder relationships to understand current and future requirements.
o Actively seek feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
o Collaborate with the delivery unit to ensure projects meet client expectations.
o Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
