Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive/Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food distribution business, catering to the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment across India. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, efficient logistics coordination, and excellent customer service while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company's daily operational activities.
- Ensure accurate processing, verification, and timely dispatch of customer orders across Pan India.
- Review every order before dispatch to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to customer requirements.
- oordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and issue resolution.
- Supervise and manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory handling, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and effective transportation planning.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery-related challenges.
- Make independent operational decisions to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication between the sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
