Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Technical Consultant / Senior Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale D365 Project Operations solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Project Operations, Power Platform, custom development, and integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performance business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
D365 Project Operations – Technical Ownership
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations (Lite and Integrated models).
- Develop and customize model-driven apps, entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and process flows.
- Enable and support project planning, resource management, time & expense tracking, costing, and billing processes.
- Ensure scalable solution design aligned with business requirements and Microsoft best practices.
Custom Development
- Develop and enhance plugins using C# (.NET).
- Build custom workflows, actions, and extensions.
- Develop and maintain customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Follow coding standards, ALM processes, and solution governance practices.
Power Platform Development
- Design and develop Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, billing, and workflow automation.
- Configure solution management, environment strategies, and security models.
- Work with Dataverse for application and data management.
Integration & Data Migration
- Design and support integrations with Finance & Operations, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
- Perform data migration activities using KingswaySoft SSIS and Dataverse tools.
- Support cutover activities, reconciliation, and post-deployment validation.
DevOps & Delivery
- Utilize Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines for application lifecycle management.
- Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and development documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization capabilities.
Good to Have
- Experience integrating with Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Exposure to Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working on large-scale global enterprise implementations.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
