- Patient Registration & Check-in: Welcoming patients and visitors, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting with intake forms.
- Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments via phone or in person.
- Communication Hub: Answering multi-line phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries from patients, staff, and vendors.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining electronic medical records (EMR), filing, processing payments, and preparing documents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
