- Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent
- Review and analyze resumes as per requisition received
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
- Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
- Search source for closing requisition on time.
- Preferred Gents candidate, located nearby thane areas.
- Age limit is below 35years.
