Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day IT technical support, including desktops, laptops, printers, software and operating systems.
* Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing and internet/network connectivity.
* Install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and related systems.
* Manage system maintenance, software updates and regular data backups.
* Diagnose, repair and maintain computer hardware and other IT equipment to ensure smooth functioning of the school's IT systems.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in IT Support, Hardware & Networking. School experience preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
