Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Sector 27, Noida (On-site)
Experience: 3–6 years
Salary Range: 30000 - 40000 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable and execution-focused Executive Assistant to the Founder. The role involves managing daily priorities, ensuring strong follow-ups, and enabling smooth coordination across teams to support leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and schedules
- Track delegated tasks and ensure timely completion with clear follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Draft emails, maintain trackers, and organize documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Founder’s office
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in an EA / Admin / Coordination role
- Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills (critical requirement)
- Strong command over English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word
- High reliability, discretion, and ownership mindset
- Based within practical commuting distance and open to a long-term role
