We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled High School and A-Level Mathematics Teacher to join our team and contribute to the growth of young learners by delivering rigorous, concept-based mathematics instruction and supporting their higher-order thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the higher secondary level (Grades 9–12) under AS/A Levels, IBDP, CBSE or ISC.
- Familiarity with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) examination structure is preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced teachers

- Strong mathematical content knowledge across algebra, calculus, trigonometry, probability, statistics, etc.
- Effective lesson planning and ability to deliver high-impact instruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to teach complex concepts in a simplified and relatable way.
- Proficient in using digital tools, spreadsheets, graphing software and learning management systems.
- Strong classroom presence, discipline, and student engagement skills.
Responsible for
- The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Mathematics curriculum.
- The candidate must demonstrate subject mastery, excellent pedagogical skills and experience in teaching Mathematics at the higher secondary level, whether in CBSE, ISC, IBDP or Cambridge A Levels.
- The teacher should foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and guide students effectively through their internal and external assessments.
Responsibilities
(include but not limited to)
- Teach Pure Mathematics, Mechanics and Statistics (as per stream allocation) under the Cambridge AS and A Level, IGCSE syllabus.
- Design and deliver well-planned lessons that promote analytical thinking, conceptual clarity, and academic rigor.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and tools to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, unit overviews and annual academic calendars in alignment with Cambridge guidelines.
- Integrate real-world applications and interdisciplinary connections to enhance understanding.
- Align teaching and assessments with CIE standards, syllabus learning objectives and grade descriptors.
- Prepare, administer, and evaluate formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student improvement and exam readiness.
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to internal assessments and reporting.
- Familiarize students with Cambridge past papers, marking schemes and effective problem-solving approaches.
- Conduct revision classes, remedial sessions and practice assessments as needed.
- Identify and address student learning gaps and provide individualized academic support.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive and inquiry-rich classroom environment.
- Encourage mathematical discussions, peer collaboration and intellectual curiosity.
- Mentor students on academic and career pathways involving mathematics and related fields.
- Serve as a class teacher or homeroom mentor, providing support for the academic and emotional development of students.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress, well-being and goals.
- Collaborate with subject coordinators and department colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and vertical alignment.
- Engage in professional learning, attend workshops, and stay informed about curriculum changes and teaching innovations.
- Support school-wide initiatives, events and co-curricular activities where relevant.
Safeguarding & Child Protection
- The staff is expected to follow strict safeguarding policies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
