Field Visits Involved.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Public Relations Officer (Junior PRO) to support the hospital's outreach, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management activities. The role involves regular travel, meeting with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders, coordinating referral activities, and promoting the hospital's services. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare institutions and referral sources to strengthen professional relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and external stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and communicate relevant information to management.
Business Development & Outreach
- Promote the hospital's services, specialties, and healthcare programs to potential referral partners.
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand the hospital's referral network.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing patient referrals and community engagement.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with stakeholders.
- Maintain records of stakeholder interactions and outreach activities.
- Assist in preparing reports on field visits and relationship-building efforts.
- Ensure timely communication regarding hospital services, events, and updates.
Field Visits & Travel
- Undertake regular travel within the assigned territory to meet stakeholders.
- Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain a structured visit plan to maximize stakeholder engagement.
Patient & Public Relations Support
- Assist patients and visitors with information regarding hospital services when required.
- Support the Public Relations team in managing patient feedback and service-related communications.
- Contribute to maintaining the hospital's positive image and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

- Prior exposure to hospital marketing, patient relations, or healthcare outreach activities.
- Strong local network within the healthcare ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Energetic, confident, and capable of representing the hospital professionally.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
