- Spice Mastery: Deep understanding of grinding, tempering (tadka), and balancing whole and ground spices to elevate regional gravies and meats.
- Tandoor Operations: Skill in preparing and baking breads (naan, roti) and roasting marinated proteins at extremely high heat.
- Mise en Place & Prep: Organizing raw ingredients, marinating meats, and fermenting batters (for dosas or bhaturas) well ahead of service.
- Hygiene & Safety: Strictly maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety regulations.
Pay: ₹8,716.36 - ₹38,162.39 per month
