About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Energy Auditor / Energy Manager (BEE Certified) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting energy assessments and audits in Steel, Cement, Power, Chemical, or other energy-intensive industries. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed energy audits and energy assessments in industrial facilities.
- Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
- Develop practical energy-saving recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, energy balance sheets, and technical presentations.
- Perform field measurements and data analysis using energy monitoring instruments.
- Evaluate the performance of major utilities such as boilers, furnaces, compressors, pumps, fans, cooling systems, and electrical distribution systems.
- Coordinate with client teams during site visits and present findings professionally.
- Support implementation of Energy Management Systems (EnMS) and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in GHG emission assessments, decarbonization studies, and sustainability projects, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant BEE guidelines, standards, and industry best practices.
- Travel extensively for domestic and international assignments.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- BEE Certified Energy Manager or Energy Auditor (Preferred).
- Additional certifications in Energy Management, ISO 50001, Sustainability, or GHG Accounting will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in industrial energy audits or energy management.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Steel
- Cement
- Power
- Chemical
- Other process industries
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of industrial utilities and process energy systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret utility data and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
