Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-time setup and basic configuration support for devices including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve initial hardware and software issues while guiding customers on proper usage and care.
- Register devices for warranty, protection plans, and service support.
- Recommend suitable protection products based on customer needs while ensuring clear and ethical communication.
- Act as the single point of contact for post-purchase support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with store teams, support product readiness, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Accurately use systems for service tracking, adhere to SOPs and compliance standards, and report customer feedback and recurring issues.
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates interested in sales.
- Basic knowledge of Mobiles, Laptop.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
