Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstration
- Present products or services to potential clients through meetings, calls, or presentations.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and sales performance.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation.
- Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management for product and service improvement.
- Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Customer Support & Follow-ups
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Brand Representation
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
