Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our immigration office. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow management, maintain high service standards, ensure compliance with immigration procedures, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and supervise administrative, case processing, and client service teams.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor case progress to ensure timely processing and adherence to internal service standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable immigration regulations, documentation requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with immigration consultants, legal professionals, and external stakeholders as required.
- Track operational performance through KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Handle escalated client concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Oversee office budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of client information.
- Ensure office compliance with quality assurance and data protection standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
