About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in sales and business development. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, social media, references, and networking.
- Understand customer needs and explain company products/services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients (telephonic/online).
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales.
- Maintain daily records, reports, and CRM updates.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets assigned by the team.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations and closures.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Confidence while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Quick learner and proactive approach.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / HSC Passed
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Prior sales/telecalling experience will be an added advantage
