Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Callers to support business development activities in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to engage with potential clients professionally.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong confidence in client interaction and calling
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Willingness to learn IT services and sales processes
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
- Introduce company services and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM systems
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead tracking and reporting
- Build professional relationships with prospects and clients
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of IT services or software industry
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong listening and negotiation abilities
Ideal Candidate
- Fresher with strong communication and presentation skills
