Unrushed Minds is a luxury lifestyle brand and digital sanctuary designed around the concepts of slow living, intentionality, and sensory exploration. We host premium, intimate workshops (maximum 20 participants) for children and adults, pairing mindful arts and crafts with beautifully curated environments.
As our Lead Facilitator, you will be the voice and the physical presence of the brand on-site. We are not looking for a traditional teacher or a high-energy party host. Instead, we are seeking a storyteller and a guide—someone who commands a room with warmth, poise, and quiet authority.
Core Responsibilities
- Guided Curation: Lead our signature structured rituals (e.g., "The Little Botanist" nature-journaling for children or premium aesthetic journaling sessions for adults).
- Atmosphere Management: Use voice modulation, slow pacing, and your presence to maintain a profoundly calm, focused, and luxurious environment.
- Participant Engagement: Provide gentle, reassuring guidance to ensure every guest connects deeply with their premium craft kits.
- Brand Integrity: Arrive impeccably groomed, elegant, and fully aligned with our minimal, sophisticated ethos.
What We Are Looking For
- Flawless Communication: Native-level fluency in English with a clear, calm, and melodic speaking voice.
- Background: Experience in early childhood education (IB/Montessori), fine arts, design, luxury hospitality, or professional theater/voice work is highly preferred.
- The Vibe: A serene, emotionally intelligent personality capable of managing premium crowds independently.
- "Ideal for corporate emcees, luxury cabin crew, theater professionals, voice-over artists, or soft-skills trainers looking for a premium weekend engagement."
