Freelancer Vetting Lawyer
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services related to the verification of original title documents.
- Verify the genuineness and originality of the documents made available.
- Prepare and submit a Vetting Report on Maatrum’s platform (access will be provided).
- Visit the location specified by Maatrum to conduct the verification.
- Maatrum will send advance requests for each original document verification.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be fluent in reading and writing Kannada.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
- LLB/LLM (Bachelor's or Master of Laws).
- Prior experience in land and real estate property portfolios is preferred.
