We're Hiring- Maintenance Supervisor
Location- Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Kasaragod
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sabine Hospital & Research Centre, Cherkala, Kasaragod. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of all hospital facilities and utility systems, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all hospital maintenance activities.
- Ensure the efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generator, lift, medical gas pipeline, and fire safety systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and NABH requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team and respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
- Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
