Responsibilities
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client queries and coordination.
- Support account managers with campaign updates, status calls, and client reporting.
- Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, SEO) to ensure timely delivery.
- Track client deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Help maintain client documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and gathering briefs and requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Prior internship or client-facing experience is a plus.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Sec 135, Noida.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
