Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop data-driven social media strategies and maintain structured content calendars that align with overarching business goals.
- Content Creation: Write platform-specific copy, design or direct visual assets (using tools like Canva), and produce short-form video concepts.
- Community Engagement: Monitor accounts, respond to comments and direct messages (DMs), and foster an active, loyal online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions, refining strategies based on the data.
- Influencer & Creator Management: Identify and collaborate with UGC creators or influencers to extend brand reach.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on algorithm updates, emerging platforms, and digital culture to keep the brand relevant.
Key Requirements
- Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
- Creative & Communication Skills: Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual design and brand voice.
