In this role, you will work closely with management, contractors, and workers to maintain quality standards, track project progress, and ensure seamless execution of all site operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities. Assign tasks and monitor worker performance. Ensure projects are completed according to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements. Maintain discipline and productivity among workers. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management. Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns when required. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workers and tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Basic knowledge of project management and site operations.
