Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project costing, billing, procurement support, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on interior drawings and specifications.
- Calculate quantities for civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost comparison for materials and labor.
- Review and verify contractor and vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Prepare client billing, contractor billing, and work certification.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track variation orders, additional works, and change requests.
- Maintain records of project measurements, bills, and cost reports.
- Assist in procurement planning and vendor finalization.
- Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress assessment.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors, Workplace Interiors, Retail, Hospitality, or Residential Interior Projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and market rates.

Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
