Job Summary
Dhyan Health Care is looking for a skilled and responsible Laboratory Technician to perform diagnostic investigations accurately and timely, ensuring quality results, patient safety, and adherence to laboratory and hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Sample Collection & Processing
- Collect blood and other biological samples following standard phlebotomy procedures
- Ensure correct patient identification and proper sample labeling
- Handle, store, and transport specimens safely to avoid contamination
Laboratory Testing
- Perform routine laboratory investigations including Hematology, Biochemistry, Urine, Stool, and Serology
- Operate laboratory equipment and analyzers as per SOP
- Record and verify test results accurately
Quality Control & Safety
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality control, and infection control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of lab equipment
- Handle bio-medical waste according to regulations
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain laboratory registers, reports, and electronic records
- Immediately inform doctors of critical or abnormal values
- Ensure patient data confidentiality
Coordination & Inventory
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and OPD staff for sample collection and reporting
- Assist in emergency and STAT investigations
- Monitor lab inventory and report shortages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
