We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate engagement, employer branding, and recruitment operations. You'll work on live hiring projects while gaining practical exposure to modern talent acquisition practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings across various recruitment platforms and career portals.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
- Support campus hiring, internship drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support ongoing recruitment projects and talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
