Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and administrative schedules.
MS Office & Documentation
- Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Maintain data, trackers, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and administrative summaries.
Courier & Dispatch Management
- Handle incoming and outgoing office couriers, parcels, and dispatches.
- Maintain courier records and tracking details.
- Coordinate with courier agencies to ensure timely delivery and receipt of documents and materials.
- Verify proof of delivery and maintain dispatch registers.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of all office assets including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, furniture, and other equipment.
- Track asset allocation, movement, maintenance, and returns.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and physical audits.
- Coordinate repair, servicing, and replacement of office equipment.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain office inventory and stationery stock.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of office supplies.
- Maintain inventory registers and stock records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance services, courier services, and other administrative requirements.
- Obtain quotations and assist in vendor evaluation and selection.
- Track vendor invoices and support timely payment processing.
Office Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Maintain office cleanliness, facilities, and administrative infrastructure.
- Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, assets, and required materials.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Administration or Office Management will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in asset management, inventory management, and courier handling preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
