Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Banking Domain and exposure to banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong requirement analysis, functional design and customer interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, FSD and approach documents.
- Create prototypes, wireframes and process flows.
- Finalize application scope.
- Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to development and testing teams.
- Assist the Project Manager with effort estimation.
- Conduct functional reviews and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Interact with customers and contribute to functional design.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Banking Domain knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience with Banking Applications.
- Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD.
- Requirement Analysis and Business Process Design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Remittance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates preferably from an IT company with exposure to banking projects.
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance.
CBAP certification will be an added advantage.
Important Note
The role requires travel as per client requirements. A minimum 1-year service commitment after joining on the company payroll is required.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
