About the Role
Aspireon Film Academy is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Academic Counsellors who can connect with aspiring students, explain our film and media courses, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course inquiries and admissions.
- Explain academy programs, course structure, career opportunities, and fee details to students and parents.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website inquiries, campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and student data in CRM or Excel.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate admission schedules, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Support marketing and promotional activities whenever required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Passion for the media, film, and creative industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, academic counselling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
