We are looking for an experienced Nursing/GDA Trainer to train, evaluate, and develop our caregiving workforce to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Job Summary
The Nursing/GDA Trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical training sessions for General Duty Assistants (GDA), Patient Care Attendants, Caregivers, Semi-Nursing Staff, and Home Healthcare Workers. The trainer will ensure that all staff are clinically competent, professionally groomed, and prepared to deliver quality patient care in home settings.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new caregivers and nursing staff.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Develop training modules, SOPs, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Conduct refresher training programs for existing staff.
- Evaluate trainees through written tests, viva, and practical demonstrations.
Clinical Skills Training
Train staff on:

- Bed Bath & Sponge Bath
- Oral Care & Personal Hygiene
- Bed Making
- Patient Positioning
- Feeding Techniques

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and patient care protocols.
- Conduct field audits and on-site staff evaluations.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain training records and attendance reports.
- Monitor deployment readiness of trainees.

Required QualificationsPreferred
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
- ANM with substantial training experience
- Certified GDA Trainer
- Healthcare Training Certification preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
OR
- Minimum 2 years healthcare training experience
Experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Home Healthcare
- Hospital Nursing
- Nursing Colleges

- NSDC Healthcare Training Programs

Pay: ₹33,771.24 - ₹43,449.02 per month
