Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Motion Education, Bhubaneswar
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing activities to promote admissions.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational partners.
Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
Generate and manage student leads through field marketing and digital campaigns.
Coordinate with the counselling and admission team to achieve enrollment goals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Represent the organization professionally and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in educational marketing preferred.
Ability to travel locally for promotional activities.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
