Field work
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure applications such as MS Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN, etc.
- Support Active Directory user account creation, password reset, and access management.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
