- Plan and develop annual, quarterly strategy for the development of the division by analyzing the performance of the company and branches aligned with Goals.
- Prepare detailed monthly plan branch and cluster wise plan for focused performance management strategies.
- Responsible for coordinating with cluster managers to make sure that the registration is happening as per the month plan.
- Responsible for developing customer base through proper grooming of the team members by giving training, induction and field visits.
- Target, identify and close HNI customer and influencers in the market for better penetration and reach.
- Sort out any issues that arise and affect the brand image of the company, make sure that no issues are live after 3 days of the complaint.
- Responsible for meeting, discussing and keeping complaint/problem customers happy by delivering best in class service and support.
- Responsible for giving training and support services to the branches for implementing the policies and procedures of the company.
- Responsible for identifying the right people through consistent interviews and onboarding programs.
- Responsible for giving continues training to the team regarding the product, process and policies of the company and conduct the induction review also.
- In case of any issues arises anywhere in the location, visit the branch and take corrective action and make sure that all the issues are resolved.
- Responsible for visiting each branch once in every month to review, motivate and develop the team members to perform in a better way.
- If the CBM is on leave, then responsible for managing the cluster activities through the help of the branches.
- Responsible for doing branch audit to ensure that policies are implemented properly are measures and administered by the Branch Heads/CBMs.
- Responsible for proper review of the CBM/BM to make sure that they are aware of the benchmarks set by the company and enable them to perform better.
- Responsible for achieving premium HNI business targets allocated per month provide the best in class service for them to get a strong presence in the market.
- Responsible for making sure that each branch is meeting its performance benchmarks in terms of business, collection, registration and due management.
- Responsible for conducting activities and programs to maintaining a consistent business and collection achievement.
- Responsible for doing proper analysis of registration, business, collection, dues and recovery performance and suggest the management to take decision as per the variations.
- Responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly analysis reports to the management about the business and performance summary of the branch.
Desired Profile
Candidates should have minimum 10 years of experience in Sales out of which minimum 3 years of experience should be in equivalent position.
Candidates who have experience in Finance /NBFC/Microfinance/Chit Industry/FMCG sectors only need to apply.
Candidate should willing to travel extensively.
