Customer Service Executive – Banking & NBFC Process
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our Banking & NBFC Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with their loan applications, resolving queries, ensuring proper documentation, and handling loan enquiry-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries related to loan applications and loan enquiries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and verification process as per company and client guidelines.
- Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding loan products and status.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through problem-solving and query resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (Banking/NBFC preferred).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of basic banking terms and loan processes.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
