Qualification- Bachelor's /MBA/ PGDM (Full Time)
Experience- 7-10 years (Tele Sales, Admission counselling, sales)
Responsibilities and Duties
Relevant work experienced are required (Media/ Educational Field)
- Generating leads from calling.

- Design & implementing strategic sales plan & ensuring strong patients in the market while expanding customer for the organization.
- Target Management (Setting individual Sales)
- Tracking Progress & adjusting plan to heat the no of admission , revenue targets.
- Data Analysis
- Analysis sales matric & trends for forecasting future performance
- While identifying different areas of process developments
- Cross functional collaborations. (Work closely with the marketing teams to ensuring campaign & products updates align with sales goals)
- Proficiency in CRM Software
- People Management Skill

Roles & Responsibilities-
- Generating leads from calling
- Counseling through Data Calling, e-mail and prospective students walk-in.
- Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins.
- Converting leads into admissions.
- Maintain Daily Reports Properly.
- Converting Leads into Walk in.
- Achieve Target Given.
- Visiting School & Colleges.
- Advise students on specific programs and admission procedures.
- Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
- Heading one specific allotted division
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
