Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Center Manager to manage end-to-end operations of the training center. The role requires strong leadership skills, institutional networking ability, and experience in CSR-based programs.
Important Requirements
· Candidate must be local to the respective location
· Strong college connects / institutional network is mandatory
· Good understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
· Team handling experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
· Manage overall operations of the training center
· Drive student enrollment through colleges and institutional tie-ups
· Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions
· Coordinate CSR-based training and skill development programs
· Lead, manage, and guide the center team for daily operations
· Ensure achievement of enrollment and operational targets
· Monitor batch scheduling, attendance, and training delivery
· Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking of the center
· Handle coordination with stakeholders including students, trainers, and partners
Candidate Profile
· Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
· Proven experience in team management (mandatory)
· Strong experience in college outreach and institutional relations
· Prior exposure to CSR projects preferred
· Background in EdTech, education, training, or skill development sector
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
