Qualification: Any Graduate (mandatory)
Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with good skills may also apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotations, price bids, and proposals for clients.
- Handling GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities, including tender search, bid submission, and documentation.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for pricing and technical details.
- Maintaining tender documents and ensuring timely submission.
- Reviewing terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria of tenders.
- Preparing comparative statements and assisting in tender evaluation.
- Follow-up on tender status and documentation updates
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Basic understanding of GeM portal (training can be provided).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle documentation accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
