We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist to work on a full-time in-house basis. If you have a proven track record of generating quality leads and running successful advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
✅ Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
✅ Manage paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
✅ Create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels
✅ Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
✅ Handle social media promotions and brand awareness campaigns
✅ Track leads, conversions, and campaign analytics
✅ Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing and conversions
Requirements:
✔ Experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising
✔ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Generation Campaigns
✔ Understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
✔ Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results
✔ Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
