We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial Channel Sales Manager to lead the expansion of B-Cure Laser across India. The role is responsible for developing a strong national sales network by appointing and managing channel partners, driving direct sales, and building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of creating distribution networks and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy of B-Cure Laser, an innovative, patented pain-relief and management device
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy centers, and home healthcare providers.
- Drive revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels.
Channel Partner Development
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, super stockists, dealers, franchise partners, and channel partners across India.
- Develop a sustainable channel partner ecosystem to maximize market penetration.
- Support channel partners with training, sales tools, marketing initiatives, and business planning.
- Monitor partner performance and implement growth strategies.
Doctor & Healthcare Professional Engagement
- Build strong relationships with:
- Orthopaedic Surgeons
- Physiotherapists
- Sports Medicine Specialists
- Pain Management Specialists
- General Physicians
- Rehabilitation Specialists
- Promote clinical adoption of B-Cure Laser through scientific presentations, demonstrations, CMEs, workshops, and product education.
- Generate referrals and prescriptions through healthcare professionals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
