Position: Solar Plant Incharge

Plant Capacity: 9.81 MW Solar Plant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Solar Plant Incharge to manage the overall operations and maintenance of the solar power plant. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth plant operations, and achieving generation targets.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the solar plant.
Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and vendors for plant requirements.
Handle vendor exploration and vendor management activities.
Supervise plant administration and daily operational activities.
Ensure maximum plant efficiency and uninterrupted operations.
Monitor power generation and maintain performance records.
Ensure safety standards and compliance at the plant site.
Achieve generation target of approximately 15 lakh units per MW per year.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical)
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in solar plant operations and maintenance.
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
