MinkasuPay is the first biometric authentication solution for India. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive key initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep curiosity about payments ecosystems, and the ability to define and measure success through metrics. You will work closely with engineering, design, business and customers to deliver secure, seamless, and customer-first payment experiences. Location: Bangalore or Coimbatore
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company vision and business goals
- Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution with cross-functional teams
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics/KPIs, incorporating insights into product decisions and roadmap
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the payments space
- Build features and solutions with fraud prevention and risk management considerations baked in
- Continuously gather and synthesize customer feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and updates effectively with leadership and stakeholders
Desired Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus
- 3+ years of product management experience and 5+ years of overall experience (payments or fintech preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to define, monitor, and interpret metrics
- Understanding of payments ecosystems (cards, UPI, net banking) and/or fraud analytics and prevention
- Experience in roadmap building and prioritization, balancing customer needs with business and technical constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across functions
- Strong customer empathy with a focus on building intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to travel domestically occasionally
