1. Graduate in any Discipline. MBAs in Sales and Marketing will have an edge.
2. Energetic and highly motivated to succeed.
3. Strong Internet and computer literacy skills, eg. with Gmail, Facebook, Twitter etc.
4. Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
5. Confidence and competence in presenting complex information to prospects
6. Strong conversational and written communication skills - you MUST write well!
7. Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision
