Job Summary
The Objective of this role is to handle inbound and outbound customers calls
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate in english & tamil with potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Pass on the leads to the relevant sales teams to pursue further
- Call potential customers to make sales pitch appointments

Required Experience and Qualifications
0-3 years experience as a tele caller preferable.
